This is a new fluid situation with lots of new institutions.They aren't necessarily strong and well managed yet.And so our altruism or altruistic instinct can actually sometimes do more harm than good. So we need to assess those institutions that have opportunities with considerable care. On the opportunities themselves, there is much public funding that's going to be focused on rebuilding public infrastructure for schools, clinics, roads, markets, government buildings, etc. And I would agree with the commentators earlier today who said that it's critical to rebuild the Afghani state.
