Complete the expansion of a busy halfmile section of Quioccasin Road near Blue Jay Lane. The road, which carries more than 19, 000 vehicles each day, had previously shifted between two and three lanes, often bottlenecking traffic. Clustering is an important technique in the data-mining area [1]. If data mining is considered a knowledge discovery from amount of data, we can obtain useful information from the number of clusters into how many clusters the whole data can be divided, as well as the available maximum sample size and the computational complexity. Four methods have been developed for finding the number of optimal clusters when no prior information is available about the number of clusters. 1. A method that finds the optimal number of clusters heuristically by using appropriate information criterion based on a different setting of cluster numbers. 2. A method using the minimum volume ellipsoid MVE ; estimator [7]. 3. A method that starts with a cluster division of more than the optimal solution. A suitable number of clusters is determined by merging near clusters and or removing spurious clusters [8].

On day 1 of each cycle, patients received an i.v. bolus of doxorubicin 60 mg m2 ; followed 1 h later by a 1-h i.v. infusion of docetaxel 75 mg m2 ; . Chemotherapy was repeated every 3 weeks for up to four cycles. Blood samples were collected for complete blood counts cbc ; with differential on days 1, 3 and 59 of each cycle, continuing daily until an ANC 2.0 109 l after the expected nadir, then twice weekly, and at 1 and 3 months follow-up. Serum samples for a clinical chemistry panel and antibody analysis were collected before premedication in each chemotherapy cycle and at the end of treatment. Serum samples for pharmacokinetic analysis were collected in cycle 1 only, on the same days as blood samples for cbc. Patients recorded their oral body temperature daily, and were monitored for adverse events throughout the study and dolasetron.

Both docetaxel and trastuzumab were delivered in 4-week cycles consisting of three weekly treatments followed by 1 week of rest. With the exception of week 1 of the first cycle, the weekly treatments consisted of docetaxel 35 mg m2 administered intravenously IV ; over 30 minutes immediately followed by trastuzumab 2 mg kg administered IV over 30 minutes. In week 1 of the first cycle, a loading dose of trastuzumab 4 mg kg ; was delivered IV over 90 minutes on day 0, and docetaxel 35 mg m2 was administered IV over 30 minutes on day 1. No loading dose of trastuzumab was delivered after the first cycle. All therapy was delivered in the outpatient clinic. Treatment was continued until disease progression or the appearance of prohibitively toxic effects. Patients received three doses of prophylactic dexamethasone 4 mg orally every 12 hours, starting the night before docetaxel infusion. If patients had no hypersensitivity reactions and no significant fluid retention during the first 8 weeks, the dose of dexamethasone was reduced to 4 mg orally twice a day on the day of therapy. If patients remained free of fluid retention after 8 additional weeks, the dose of dexamethasone was further reduced to 4 mg orally before treatment and docetaxel.
